Coaches:

Randy McQueen: Team Essex-Kent Head Coach

Randy began golfing at the age of 8 as a junior member at Sunningdale Golf Club. He has worked in the golf industry for over 23 years and has been the head golf professional at Roseland Golf and Country Club since 2010. Randy’s dream is to one day coach an athlete to the professional level. As the head coach of the inaugural Team Essex-Kent, Randy is looking forward to coaching athletes that dream to grow and become better people and players.

Ryan Carlone: Strength and Conditioning Consultant

Ryan Carlone is currently the head coach at Synergy Wellness and Performance. He is a graduate of the University of Windsor, where he received his Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree and is currently completing his Master of Human Kinetics degree. In the summer of 2012, Ryan had the unique privilege of being chosen for a sports performance internship at Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning, which is regarded as one of the top facilities in North America. Aside from gaining practical knowledge, the internship allowed him to learn the “art” behind the coaching aspect of strength and conditioning, while working with a variety of populations that included youth, high school and collegiate athletes. He is also Functional Movement Screen and Titleist Performance Institute certified. As a coach and avid golfer, Ryan is looking forward to the opportunity of working with the Essex-Kent athletes.
